一、个人简介

黄增光,教授,士生导师(南京林业大学兼职)。江苏省333人才工程中青年学术技术带头人、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队负责人、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、江苏省“科技副总”、国际太阳能学会会员、江苏省可再生能源学会理事、江苏省能源研究会理事

主要研究新能源材料与器件、硅基高效太阳电池、硅基纳米结构等,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目及企事业单位委托项目等9项。在Advanced Functional MaterialsAngewandte Chemie-International EditionProgress in Photovoltaics等刊物上发表学术论文90余篇,总引用次数1400余次h-index221篇论文为ESI高被引论文;著有学术专著《硅基纳微米复合结构阵列高效太阳电池器件及物理》1;授权发明专利6件,其中国际专利2件;获河南省科技进步奖1项、江苏省可再生能源学会科技奖二等奖1项、淮海科学技术三等奖1项。
