个人履历

史林兴,博士,教授,硕士生导师,2008年博士毕业于南京理工大学,香港大学访问副教授。现任江苏海洋大学理学院院长,清洁能源产业学院院长,江苏省物理学会常务理事,连云港市物理学会理事长。研究方向为光电转换能源材料与器件,主要从事新型太阳电池器件的光电优化设计、纳米功能材料制备、钙钛矿太阳电池器件、钙钛矿光催化以及钙钛矿LED等方面的研究。主持完成江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目1项,省重点实验室项目1项,连云港市人才项目1项和横向课题2项;以第一作者发表科学研究论文20余篇;授权发明专利和实用新型专利7件;获连云港市优秀学术成果奖二等奖1项,优秀学术论文三等奖1项。

1.基于光/电耦合建模的SPPs薄膜太阳能电池研究,江苏省自然科学青年基金,BK20140448,2014-2017,主持。

2.大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池制备工艺优化研究,连云港市人力资源与社会保障局,2018-QD-019,2018-2021,主持。

3.无机钙钛矿太阳能电池制备工艺优化,江苏省先进功能材料调控技术重点实验室开放基金,2018-2019,主持。

4.带钢热处理生产线环保设备研制,横向,2020-2021,主持。
